Conflict Situation has shifted drastically in the last two decades. The most protrated violent are the intra state in nature. Recurring conflict are mainly cause by state failure. Also addressig the economic and social dimensions of violent conflict equality is central. Addressing these multi-dimensions of these enhance prevention more than responding to conflicts.
